This document sets out general disclaimers and notices regarding the use of the Forecastler platform (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform, you accept this Disclaimer together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform provides informational answers generated by artificial intelligence (a YES/NO response and a probability percentage).
The content and assessments are not legal, financial, investment, medical, psychological, safety, tax, or any other professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any answer for your specific situation. You rely on the content at your own risk.
Probability estimates are heuristic and based on models with statistical limitations, potential biases, and the possibility of error.
The Platform does not predict the future and does not guarantee that any event will or will not occur.
Results depend on the input context, the quality of information provided, and changes in external circumstances.
You are fully responsible for any decisions and actions you take based on Platform content.
For consequential decisions (e.g., medical, financial, legal, safety), consult a qualified professional.
In emergencies, contact the appropriate authorities (e.g., emergency medical services, police, fire department).
Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; consult a healthcare professional.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal advice; consult an attorney.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment/financial advice; consult a licensed advisor.
In high-risk contexts, our answers must not be the sole or dominant basis for your decisions.
It is prohibited to make forecasts about individuals who have publicly or directly issued an opt-out prohibiting such use.
It is prohibited to publicly display or promote forecast results relating to third parties, institutions, organizations, nations, or systems without their explicit authorization or another valid legal basis.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit (text, images, links, data). Content must not be unlawful, false, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, or infringe others’ rights.
Misuse of the Platform is prohibited (e.g., security violations, scraping, spam, disinformation, manipulation, circumvention of limits).
Platform content is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of content—including screenshots—is strictly prohibited.

The Platform is not an official source of public information, alerts, or statistics.
We do not assume responsibility for reliance on public-interest information (e.g., safety alerts, elections, public health) and do not guarantee its accuracy.
We respect the dignity and reputation of individuals, companies, and communities. If you believe any content is harmful, defamatory, or inaccurate, contact us (see Section 22).
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, full compatibility with all devices/browsers/extensions/plugins, or error-free operation.
Outages, delays, data loss, maintenance, updates, and functional changes may occur without notice.
We are not liable for damage resulting from downtime, technical issues, malware, or third-party attacks, except to the extent required by applicable law.
AI answers may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, ambiguous, or biased.
The Platform may use data you submit and/or publicly available information; we do not always perform independent verification.
You must verify information before relying on it.
The Platform may contain links to independent websites and third-party services.
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their content or practices. Use is at your own risk.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account, unless misuse was solely our fault.

Individuals under 13 may not use the Platform.
Individuals aged 13–18 may use the Platform with parental/guardian consent and supervision, in accordance with applicable law.
AI models may reflect biases present in their data.
Use of the Platform for discriminatory or unlawful purposes is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Some features may be in beta and are provided without warranties, solely for testing, and may contain errors, interruptions, or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our partners, affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive (exemplary) damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation; business interruption; procurement of substitute services; or damages arising from reliance on Platform content.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount you may have paid to use the Platform in the two (2) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable rights under applicable law (e.g., consumer rights).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
a) your content or use of the Platform in violation of these rules or law;
b) infringement of third-party rights;
c) misuse of your account.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights (e.g., defamation, trademark/copyright/privacy violation), send a notice to forecastlerteam@gmail.com including:
• your full name and contact details;
• a clear description and location of the content (URL, screenshot);
• the legal basis for your claim (e.g., “defamation”, “copyright infringement”);
• a statement attesting to the truthfulness of your claim.
We may temporarily restrict or remove the disputed content during review, request additional information, and act within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform may be available in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency between translations of this Disclaimer, the English version prevails, unless local law expressly requires otherwise.
We may amend or update this Disclaimer at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept them.
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia (unless mandatory rules of your residence provide otherwise). The Subotica court shall have subject-matter and local jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatorily required by law.
